Members practiced 4-person, 3-person,2-person and single person throws. Brookline apparatus carry 35ft,28ft and 24ft extension ladders along with 16ft and 14ft straight ladders. Each ladder was removed from the trucks and thrown multiple times each using different techniques. Ground ladders are used for everything from rescuing trapped victims, ventilation and reaching upper floors.
