On Tuesday at 5:45am Engine and Foam 35 were dispatched to the 2300-block of Poplar rd in the Oakmont section of the Township for reported house fire. Haverford PD arrived with smoke showing. Engine 35 arrived and laid a supply line to Ladder 38 and then assumed fire due truck company operations. Crews from Engine and Foam 35 completed searches along with vertical and horizontal ventilation. Crews operated for approximately an hour before returning available.
